The Kawasaki KFX700 is a trail machine that combines the easy of operation and power of a large utility machine with lighter, snappier, sportier handling of a sport ATV. She shaft driven two wheel drive KFX features firmer suspension settings then Kawasaki’s utility machines for more bottoming resistance and better stability through the turns. If you don’t need four wheel drive, but want the ease of use of a utility machine and enough power to lead sport quads through the woods, the KFX is one fast trail cruiser. With the economic slow down, in late 2010, Kawasaki has a small remaining number of new KFX700s left in stock.

Despite being the lowest priced sport 4x4 on the market, Kymco’s Maxxer 375 4x4 delivers high end features such as independent rear suspension, custom looking aluminum wheels and a more efficient four valve engine design. Beginners find it unintimidating while experienced pilots find it surprisingly capable. For the moderate paced year round trail rider the Kymco Maxxer 375 provides big fun in a smaller package that wont break the bank.

Kawasaki’s line of mule line of utility vehicles are arguably the first side by sides on the market. The 610 4x4 XC combines the original Mule 610 with larger Maxxis Bighorn tires and other small changes to improve its off road exploring capability. The Trans4x4 Diesel adds diesel power to Kawasaki’s 4010 Trans4x4 making it a more convenient option for companies of farmers who primarily power their equipment on diesel fuel.

The 2010 Polaris Ranger 400 offers a surprising amount of performance for its reasonable retail price of under $8000. We expected this machine to be primarily aimed at utilitarian purposes and were surprised how much sporting performance it offers.
