The Kawasaki KFX700 is a trail machine that combines the easy of operation and power of a large utility machine with lighter, snappier, sportier handling of a sport ATV. She shaft driven two wheel drive KFX features firmer suspension settings then Kawasaki’s utility machines for more bottoming resistance and better stability through the turns. If you don’t need four wheel drive, but want the ease of use of a utility machine and enough power to lead sport quads through the woods, the KFX is one fast trail cruiser. With the economic slow down, in late 2010, Kawasaki has a small remaining number of new KFX700s left in stock.

There is a lot of hype surrounding the 2009 Polaris XP 850 with power steering and for good reason. Lots of usable power combine with excellent suspension and good ergonomics to make the XP 850 one of the most comfortable and easiest to ride twin cylinder big bores on the market. While it is a bit heavy Sportsman XP’s handling and motor proved to be more then a match for its large size and stature.

Yamaha was the first major manufacturer to release a 450cc high performance ATV. For 2009 they became the first to completely redesign their 450 from the ground up. Judging by our two day test ride, it was well worth the wait!
