ITP Launches New Consumer Website

Clinton, TN, October 18, 2013 ITP Tire & Wheel Company today announced the launch of its new consumer website, itptires.com.

With a focus on customer friendliness, the redesigned ITP site allows consumers to easily access important technical, application and product information right from the homepage. Visitors are also treated to a rotating news banner on the homepage, reporting the latest ATV and side-by-side vehicle race results, new product announcements and the ITP “Machine of the Month.”
“We wanted to provide consumers with a website that was easy to navigate and full of tire-and-wheel information that appealed to the average ATV and UTV owner,” said Rhett Turpin, Powersports Director of Sales & Marketing, Clinton, Tenn. Turpin also lauded the new technology employed in the site. “If you see a tire or wheel you’re interested in, you can roll your pointer on it and a list of recommended terrain that product is best used for will pop up,” added Turpin.

The new ITP Tire & Wheel consumer website will feature an interactive design with consumer-friendly features, community galleries, owner testimonials and detailed product information.

Another key element ITP wanted to include in the website redesign was a mechanism for customers to interact with the website and the company. “Our customers love their ATVs and side-by-side vehicles, and after they throw on a new set of ITP tires and wheels,” said Todd Hinson, ITP National Accounts Manager, “they want to show them off. The new ITP gallery is the ideal place to do that.”
The company also expanded the “Tech Info” section of the new site, with detailed content on everything from tire-and-wheel mounting instructions to proper tire and wheel sizing. Site visitors can also sign-up for a monthly newsletter and submit product testimonials through customer.service@itptires.com.
