HMF Racing has released its new Titan and Titan XL slip-on exhaust systems for the 2023-2026 Can-Am Outlander 700 and Outlander 500, giving owners of Can-Am’s big-bore single-cylinder platform a bolt-on upgrade focused on sound, performance, and durability.
The Outlander 700 has proven to be one of the strongest players in the 700cc 4×4 ATV class, with ATV On Demand testing highlighting its fast-revving power, stable handling, long-travel suspension, and strong utility capability. For riders looking to add more sound and performance without making permanent modifications, HMF’s new Titan slip-ons are designed to bolt directly into the stock location with a clean, center-rear mount.
Titan or Titan XL: Pick the Sound
According to HMF, the Titan slip-on delivers a deep, controlled, low-frequency exhaust note with strong performance gains while keeping sound levels more restrained. It is aimed at riders who want a richer exhaust tone and added performance without going all-in on volume.
For riders who want a more aggressive sound, HMF states the Titan XL uses an unrestricted design for a throatier, louder exhaust note with increased flow. The Titan XL is designed for riders who want more bark from the Outlander’s single-cylinder engine while retaining the same straightforward bolt-on installation.
Both systems feature a stainless steel muffler, a round body design, and a center rear mount position. HMF claims the Titan and Titan XL slip-ons deliver a 7-10% increase in horsepower and torque, along with improved power, performance, and a deeper exhaust tone.
Bolt-On Installation and Fitment
HMF states the Titan and Titan XL slip-ons install without cutting or permanent modifications, making them a garage-friendly upgrade for Outlander owners. The systems are available in stainless steel or gray gunmetal finishes.
Fitment includes 2023-2026 Can-Am Outlander 700 models, along with 2023-2026 Can-Am Outlander 500 models. HMF states fuel tuning is not typically required for the Outlander 700, although tuning can help riders get the most from the exhaust upgrade.
